Rupinder has been involved with Diwali Basket Brigade since its inception and has served as a Trustee since the charity was formally established. He plays a key role in the charity's development, fundraising, strategic collaborations and operational delivery. His involvement in shaping the Birmingham event has helped create a successful model that can be replicated across other locations. Professionally, Rupinder is a Senior Director at Jaguar Land Rover, where he has held leadership roles across strategy, transformation, digital and customer experience. Prior to joining JLR, he worked in private equity as an Investment Director and began his career in consulting after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Rupinder lives in the Midlands with his family, who are also active supporters of Diwali Basket Brigade. He enjoys sport, travel and spending time with family and friends. Proud of his culture and faith, he values the opportunity to help make a positive difference through the charity's work.
